The first step in streamlining your firm’s core operations is identifying what you need to do. If you’re here, you certainly know some of the issues you’re struggling with, such as too much time spent on manual tasks or a lack of awareness into your projects. As part of this offering we will:
- Work with you and your team to understand your internal processes, pain points, information you need to track, and highest priorities
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Create specifications for solutions to manage workflows

Tool Development
You will get tools deployed in your firm that simplify your core operations, saving you time and energy.
Tool development is the main step as you streamline how you operate. Based on the unique needs we’ve identified, we’ll develop tools that are specific to your firm. We primarily rely on no-code and low-code platforms. These allow us to develop custom applications without the time or cost of writing software from scratch. Tool development services include:
- Web/mobile applications that allow you to manage your operations from end-to-end. For example, if you’re a professional services firm, you might use these tools to manage your proposal process and project delivery. Google AppSheet is an example of a platform we use for this.
- Workflow automations that allow processes to happen behind-the-scenes. These may include automated emails to customers or automatically entering invoice details into your accounting software. Platforms we use include Make and Zapier.
- Generative AI support. AI is everywhere right now. While we don’t believe you should deploy AI just to deploy AI, there are many useful applications, particularly in workflow automation. For example, you could use AI to extract details from emails.
- Dashboards/Analytics. When you build tools to manage your operations, you are constantly generating data. This data can be put to work for you, by providing insights into the heath of your business.
